I was born in 1960, I doubt my parents had a 1960 car then, but like the idea of me cruising around in a 1950's car as a newborn :)

I love that car. I have never liked the back of the 58 chevy. That car is perfect from start to finish. Over the top no matter where you look.

Emily I grew up during this time. My dad was an art director. At one point my parents sold my dad's Cadillac and bought a Chevy Impala, turquoise blue. We also had a Corvair and when I was younger my mom had a tomato red Metropolitan convertible. You would love love love our house and neighborhood. Gorgeous George lived there. He drove a purple Cadillac convertible.❤❤❤❤❤❤

Wow, what an amazing collection of mid-century furniture and accessories. I was really impressed with the Pyrex collection. I can’t help but admit I’m a bit envious of it. 😊 I was curious, though, as who the maker of the sofas were. My partner and I recently found a vintage sofa that I think is by the same company or maker but as it was reupholstered in the late 80s, the original tags were removed and we only know of one other matching sofa that was for sale on Etsy but that couple also stated that that original tags were removed. Im assuming perhaps they are by KROEHLER.

All these "structured" walls in the bedroom and in the toilet are a horrible dust collectors. Can you imagine having to dust off all the circles on the back wall behind the beds? Thanks, but no, thanks! There's enough surfaces to clean and scrub in the household as it is, why add more?

When I was a kid my mon had a black 60 Galaxy 500. I’ve wanted a 60 Starliner or Sunliner ever since. Beautiful car!
